Mountain climbers are a great exercise to work your whole body and get your heart rate up. Here are the steps to do them correctly:

  1. Start in a plank position with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
  2. Bring your right knee to your chest, then quickly switch and bring your left knee to your chest. Keep your hips low and your core engaged.
  3. Repeat as fast as you can for the desired time or reps.
