Chest Flys using a machine are a great exercise to target your chest muscles. Here are the steps to perform them correctly:

  1. Adjust the seat height and the lever arms so that they are aligned with your chest level.
  2. Sit on the seat with your back flat against the pad and grab the handles with a neutral grip.
  3. Exhale and push the handles forward until your arms are fully extended in front of you, but do not lock your elbows.
  4. Inhale and slowly bring the handles back to the starting position, feeling a stretch in your chest.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
